• 3 oz gin
• 1 ½ oz lemon juice
• 1 ½ oz rose geranium infused simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• Rose geranium flower, to garnish, optional
1. Pour gin, lemon juice, rose geranium-infused simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously to incorporate the egg white, about 30 seconds.
2. Strain into chilled coupe glasses. 3. Gently pour Sprig CBD-Infused Citrus Original into the shaker to loosen the remaining froth. Pour the rest of the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with edible flowers.
